WE ENFORCE A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking with us you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of 24 hours for the cancellation or rescheduling of your services.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of the value of treatments booked in order to continue to book other services with our business.
If you do not turn up to your appointment then we will require a full payment before you can continue to book other services with our business.
